He has more than thirty years of professional accounting experience, which includes over twenty years of experience in Government and Not-For-Profit organizations. Mr. Joseph also has extensive experience in providing services related to financial and compliance audits, financial analysis and control, strategic planning and management consulting, forensic analysis and training in fiscal management and cost allocation methodology.

He also has a long and impressive record of service to various civic organizations such as the Harlem Chamber of Commerce, Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce (CACCI), One Hundred Black Men, Inc., JCI International and US Department of the Interior National Park Service.
